The Lost LAST Episode
Local Access TV Series
Spy Girls aired on local access television in Athens, Georgia, in the late 1990s. Two best friends travelled backroads and small towns looking for fun stuff to do and interesting people to talk to.
They did skits and stunts, wore disguises, made spy gadgets, and crashed civic events.
They had the funnest time of their lives.
The Lost Last Episode
“Beauty Monsters”
The final episode of Spy Girls was set to air in 2002. The friends faced a harrowing mission: decode the secret to defeating relentless monsters that try to tell gals of all kinds and ages what we should look like.
It was a mission impossible. The incomplete footage was shelved and the Spy Girls disbanded. Until now.
They’re back together and determined to complete the lost last episode.
But 25 years later, the mission is even more complicated.
Ch-ch-ch-changes
The mature lady-spy faces new weirdness. Make-up clumps into wrinkles. Break-outs are replaced with brown spots. The pursuit of fitness is Kafkaesque.
So beauty monsters age, too.
To gray or not to gray. “Age appropriate clothing.” The allure of needles, acids, toxins, scrapers, shapers, and lasers.
So for the lost last episode, the spies are piecing together something different than planned—blending then and now—and they need help.
