The lost Last episode

The final episode of local access TV show Spy Girls was set to air in 2002. The mission: decode the secret to defeating beauty monsters that come at us from all sides. It proved to be a mission impossible. For 25 years.

Now, the Spy Girls are determined to complete it. And they need help.

2002 TRAILER

  • We probably more help than we even realize, but including:

    • Editing (to augment the volunteer support we have now)

    • Creating animated graphics in After Effects for the title sequence and section transitions

    • Colorist for the final piece

    • Getting permission to use music on our wish list, some of which is from Athens bands in the 1990s

    • Legal stuff that we’re not even aware that we need

And help with promoting the episode once it’s completed

  • Item description

  • Without the director/shooter/editor of the tv show, Christopher Coleman, they were adrift and didn’t have the skills needed. (more here)

They had to leave Athens and move far away from each other. Without the energy they get from working together side by side, the effort fizzled out.

It’s been really, really, really hard to turn the disjointed footage into something that they can be proud of.

  • Because we want to and we have something to say.

Missing Persons

We’ve lost the names and contact information of loads of people. Of those we’d really like to track down are the artist who made the illustration above and anyone who became a funding supporter.

If this is you or you can help, please get in touch.
